My services may include Reiki, Reiki Drumming, Indian Head Massage and emotional wellbeing support. Holistic therapies are complementary wellbeing experiences and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological therapy or other professional healthcare. I do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe medication or guarantee any particular outcome from a session. Individual experiences vary. If you have a medical concern, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Your comfort, preferences and wellbeing are important to me. Before a session, I may ask relevant questions about your needs, health and circumstances to help consider whether a service is suitable. I may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if I believe it may not be appropriate or safe. Individual therapies, Sanctuary Sessions and Sanctuary Reset packages have different formats and prices. Please check the relevant service description before purchasing. Bookings and purchases are subject to availability and the Booking and Cancellation Policy published on this website.

My approach is person-centred and does not follow a one-size-fits-all formula. I will explain relevant aspects of a proposed treatment or session and seek your consent before proceeding.
